Poseyville, IN (January 15th, 2024): On December 13th, we traveled to Indianapolis for the Best Places to Work in Manufacturing banquet. The 2023 Indiana Best Places to Work in Manufacturing companies range in Hoosier employee count from 32 to 930. The results were determined largely through employee surveys that are based on Overall Team Member Experience, Communication and Workplace Culture, Relationships with Leadership, Training & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Overall Leadership, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance. With an average score of 85% employee satisfaction for the top 17 companies, Nix Companies obtained an 91%, which earned a 4th place recognition!
