Huncilman & Son Inc. (DBA Huncilman Sheet Metal Fabrication) of New Albany, IN. This historic union of two fifth-generation family-owned businesses is a remarkable achievement, with only 0.0003% of Indiana companies registered for more than 100 years, making this merger truly a “1 in a million.”

This acquisition marks the largest in Nix Industrial’s history and positions the combined entities as one of the largest metal fabricators in Indiana and among the top 40 in the United States. The merger brings together over 200 team members, united by shared values, heritage, and a commitment to excellence.
